Putting aside the debate, it is a fact that green tea does help to raise the metabolism and can assist you in your fat burning efforts. Whether it does so for the long term or not, however, is still up for debate but that does not mean that you should not be using green tea in your weight-loss efforts. What many people don’t understand is the fact that the majority of us are overweight, not only because we tend to eat too much but because we are full of toxins.
